Add new application in Android developer console. Click Add New application button. Set default language. And put the title of your application.

Now upload the APK. And wait until the progress bar reached 100% .

Google haven't implemented support for APK expansion files in the new design yet. So, you need to switch back to the old design to edit APK expansion files.

Click Store Listing Menu.

Add grahic Assets

Add high-Res Icon. Feature graphic is optional.

Then click Pricing and Distribution menu. Setfree or paid then chose which countries to distribute.


Do not promote my application except in Google Play and in any Google-owned online or mobile properties. I understand that any changes to this preference may take sixty days to take effect.


If you click marketing opt-out your application will only availabe on Google Play and not outside website such as appbrain, slideme

Make sure your APK follow the Content guidelines This application meets Android Content Guidelines.

Click save and Ready to Publish Button. Press Publish this app.


Congratulation, Your application has been published. It can take several hours until it is available throughout Google Play.
